Primitive Peter Pumpkin

Hello and Welcome...One Last Primitive Pumpkin for the season...this Primitive fellow is Peter Pumpkin and his friend Newt the black cat....Peter's face is handpainted and sealed...Peter is made from osnaburg which has been firmly stuffed, stained, painted and sanded for a very vintage look...His clothing is made from very nice coordinating quilt fabrics...the jacket is a vintage style pumpkin print and his pants are made from an orange cotton fabric...his boots are painted and have bells tied to the toes...his legs are painted green and orange stripes...His jacket is stitched closed at the collar and held closed with rusted pins and bells along the front edge...He is sporting a fine ruffled collar and ascot to go along with his wonderful jacket...Peter's arms are wired so he can hold onto his little friend Newt....Peter is apprx 21" from the top of his stem to the bottom of his boots..../div>

His friend Newt is made from muslin which has been stained, painted and sanded.....He is wearing a fine bow at his neck and rusty pins and bells down his front....Newt is apprx 5" high and 4" across....

They have both been rubbed with cinnamon....This is a one of a kind JanMarieDollsandPrims creation and will come signed and dated...I love to hear from all you out there...so email if you have any questions....
